HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

The Specialist, Paid Media will help to execute the strategy, planning and activation of performance marketing and brand advertising campaigns for the Carter's Retail Inc. portfolio of brands. This person will have 3+ years of

experience working in paid media and campaign activation across various digital channel, including (but not limited to) SEM, Display, Video, Paid Social, Influencer and/or Affiliate. Preference is given to candidates who

have worked in retail, e-commerce or at an agency. We are looking for a smart, passionate individual who wants to be part of a team focused on driving growth while keeping pace with the everchanging digital media

landscape.

This role typically reports into the Director, Media and is based in our Buckhead office. This role typically comes

into the office 4 days a week.

75%: Partner with media team leads and media agency to execute and manage integrated paid media

campaigns.

Manage asset creation process in collaboration with project management and creative teamby reviewing/editing briefs, aligning on assets needs, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy ofasset trafficking with agency teams.Manage campaign delivery and performance, including optimizations to achieve spend and performance goals across platforms.Establish collaborative working relationships with cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and support campaign initiatives/programsServe as project manager for key media projects led by Director and Manager; helping to see projects through to completionManage channel budgets, including monthly reconciliation of media expenditures and resolving billing discrepancies.Build and maintain relationships with key external media partnersCollaborate with brand, go-to-market and creative teams to brainstorm testing ideas, develop tactical plans to support business priorities and manage the content/messaging calendar for paid media channels25%: Manage analytics and reporting from multiple sources to closely monitor and optimize channel performance in conjunction with agency and internal media team.

Partner with marketing analytics team, dev and agency to ensure proper setup and implementation of campaign tracking and tagging; work with dev, agency and vendors to troubleshoot technical issues where applicable.Leverage dashboards and other reporting tools to analyze and optimize campaign performance.Lead weekly channel status and performance calls to key internal stakeholders.JOB REPORTS TO Director, Media

Prepare reports, campaign recaps and insights.Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions.WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

Must have:

3+ years of experience in a paid media role (brand and/or agency side). Demonstrate understanding ofmedia planning principles and concepts. Experience using web analytics a plus.eCommerce & Retail experience required.Experience working in a direct marketing environment.Demonstrated experience creating marketing and campaign performance reports.Ability to work collaboratively and field requests from multiple internal stakeholders.Time management skills and ability to shift between competing priorities.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or related field.Excellent writing and communication skills.Team player.
