Responsibilities:Manage and further develop in-house digital analytics capabilities, including digital insights, audience targeting, and closed-loop measurementTranslate business requirements into analytics design, and spearhead end-to-end analytics solutions development and delivery.Partner closely with Business Technology Solutions, BI and Marketing Analytics, Data Product Manager, and MarTech to ensure data ecosystem integrates seamlessly into analytics platformsEnhance our paid channel performance reporting that encompasses a full-funnel view of marketing activities-from media and website KPIs to treatment data in order to demonstrate paid channel marketing impact on business goalsPartner effectively with paid media team, analytics team, and brand marketers for measurement and optimization for various paid digital campaignsContinuously explore advanced paid channel analytic solutions to drive tactic-level media optimizationDemonstrate excellent visualization & storytelling skills, influencing decision-making within analytics teams as well as with stakeholdersTop 3-5 skills, experience or education:

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of demonstrated experience in paid channel marketing analytics and measurement required. Degree in Statistics, Decision Sciences, or Mathematics useful but not required.5+ years of demonstrated experience in paid channel marketing analytics and measurementHands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker, Power BI, or similar.5+ years of experience identifying and outlining key campaign metrics and building campaign performance/measurement plans/marketing analytics.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Pay Range:
