Job Summary:We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing & Sales Operations Manager and work in collaboration with the team to generate new opportunities and revenue from prospects and within the existing client base. The successful candidate will help define, create, and manage digital and print content and collateral for every step of the buyer's journey. This is a remote-based position.

The incumbent will also maintain the team's marketing automation program and utilize iterative tactics to refine prospect attraction through search engine optimization, email, and social media. The Specialist will collaborate with the sales and marketing team to define innovative strategies and processes related to inbound lead generation, funnel maintenance, and assignment.

Job Description:

Core ResponsibilitiesCoordinate digital marketing project scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables for digital and print distributionTranslate business strategy into impactful artwork, presentations and motion/animated graphicsCreate visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and objectivesAuthor and maintain company's social media campaign(s) and presence with an objective to grow engagement; manage calendar and automation of social media postingsWork with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of all deliverables of email campaigns, webinars, and other online marketing initiativesDesign, manage and deliver all digital marketing campaignsTrack and report performance (i.e. visits, new followers, comments, share, conversions) as it pertains to individual creative campaigns and participate in benchmark research of the competitive environmentCollaborate with sales and marketing team to continually define and refine relevant marketing profiles and target customer personas for purposes of personalized email campaigns and lead generationDevelop and implement a search engine optimization strategy for websiteSupport webinar program and manage monthly internal and external newslettersWork closely with sales to understand how they operate and how digital media can increase leads and convert them into opportunitiesCreate and maintain monthly web performance with reports and dashboards utilizing performance metricsAssist with editorial/marketing calendar managementWork with sales staff to optimize the use of CRMResponsible for helping align to our business strategy and driving resultsWhat You Bring to the Role

Education

BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism or otherwise relevant field, or equivalent experienceKnowledge

3+ years' experience in digital marketing, contributing to and managing integrated marketing programs3+ years' experience in graphic design via an industry-recognized tool (i.e. Adobe InDesign)Strong understanding of effective marketing strategies and channels of opportunity, with experience defining and implementing digital media and email campaignsWorking knowledge of CRM tools, experience utilizing and integrating marketing automation tools such as Marketo, experience contributing to and defining marketing strategy within cross-functional teamsSkills and Abilities

Demonstrated strength in digital content creation; ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written formAbility to self-motivate and operate independently while also contributing within a collaborative and dynamic team environmentAbility to remain organized and multi-task, managing projects effectively and partnering with stakeholders to reach goals within timeline and budgetDemonstrated attention to detail, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
