Sales/Design Consultant

As a sales/design consultant at Bumble Bee Blinds, you will be responsible for selling window covering products and installation services to residential and commercial clients in the Knoxville Area. You will be instrumental in building a cliental, driving sales revenue, and meeting company standards, quality, and professionalism. A successful sales/design consultant will hold oneself to high customer service standards while being detail-oriented, organized, creative, ambitious, and very personable. You will use strong listening and communication skills, coupled with a sales driven mindset to present innovative solutions to prospective customers. Provides reliable, high quality customer support.Drive leads. Answer new and existing customers' phone calls while following sales processes.Schedule and perform in-home consultations, customer instruction on various window covering options and functionality, to provide estimates.Build and nurture strong networking relationships with new/existing clients, interior designers, realtors, and builders in the market.Responsible for maintaining, updating, and communicating client data, project status, and job details in the CRM.Utilizes customer information, materials, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.Monitor and review all work orders to ensure customer expectations are met in a timely manner.Maintain constant communication between all departments, as well as customers, on current work orders.Manage and maintain daily sales reporting.Collect balances due once work is completed and customer satisfaction met.Participate in regular sales meetings, webinars, and trainings.Arrive on time to work and any/all appointments and meetings.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.Must have a valid driver's license.Ability to carry/climb a ladder and lift at least 10 lbs. (when applicable).Very detail oriented, organized, and can keep efficient notes and recordsTeam player, high energy, positive attitude, forward thinking, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.Meet or exceed sales goals.Preferred Qualifications:

A working knowledge of or ability to learn quickly on CRM programsMust be able to demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adapt to change.Ability to follow policy and procedures.Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure.Strong working knowledge of common computer software including but not limited to: MS Outlook, word, excel, CRM.One or more years of experience in customer service industry or commercial sales.
