Our client is looking for a UX researcher to join their team to support a variety of initiatives! This will be a 6 month contract to start + can sit remote but there is a preference towards candidates located in Chicago, IL or Milwaukee, WI.

Description:
This a new UX Research team. There's one researcher that has been there for a long time. These roles will be the first teammates.
They will need to experienced enough to run their own research studies.
This is more strategic, omnichannel research on their customer's journey. They will not be aligned to one specific digital product
Deep generative research - ethnographic
Heavy on the Qualitative research over Quantitative.
Focus in the consumer space - 1:1 interviewing, moderated studies, running own research studies around a theme.
No preference on tools. Their current tool set is Figma, user testing, Miro, Adobe Analytics, survey tools (question pro), quantum metrics.
