As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life.You’ll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space.If you’re focused on building the foundation for your success in a team-first culture that rewards your hard work, drive, and people skills, this is the job for you.No experience necessary, we’re invested in your success and provide paid training.
Pay is $20 per hour PLUS commission. Commission is $250 on each closed sale made from an appointment. Candidates can make up to $5200 each month including base + commission. Candidate must be able to work weekends.Job Responsibilities:Making initial contact with clients and building a rapportCanvassingneighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and visionAttending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeownersMaintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfactionEfficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary softwareOurField Marketing Associatesenjoy:Hourly pay rate of $20/hr.$250 commission on each closed salePaid trainingAdvancement opportunities into roles such as team leaders, design consultants, AND more.Benefits for all FMAs, such as Health, Vision, Dental, Life, and 401KExperience & Skills:Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportationBe able to be on your feet throughout most of the dayBe friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skillsBe able to work weekends and special eventsBe willing to train and excited to represent our brandAbout YouSelf-motivated:
