You will be the only design person. You can own everything from UX to UI to design. If you don’t know it, you’ll learn it. You’ll lead scoping and end-to-end design of new features to support members and coaches in our platform (iOS, Android, Web)You’ll strategize with us. The product experience is literally one of the most important things (and hardest things!) for us to get right. You’ll help us build the roadmap, prioritize, re-prioritize, and re-prioritize.You’ll talk to members and coaches: You’ll be in charge of both the web and mobile platform design. You’ll need a deep understanding of both how members use the app and how coaches do.You’ll drive our brand identity: You’ll own visual and graphic design for our brand identity, product marketing, and other external-facing communications. You’ll also maintain and build onto our growing design system, with the goal of creating scalable, reusable systems as our team grows.What We’ll Navigate TogetherStartups are not easy, and we love that. We’re solving a massive UNSOLVED problem for a population with incredible untapped potential.There will be rocky times and euphoric times.
