Blavity Inc. is looking for a talented Associate, Paid Content Marketing to join our dynamic team and spearhead paid content initiatives across our portfolio of web properties.In this results-oriented role, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid content marketing strategies to attract high-quality, engaged readers to our growing portfolio of web properties. You'll leverage your expertise in paid advertising platforms and content marketing best practices to create compelling campaigns that drive significant traffic and conversions.Responsibilities:Develop and implement data-driven paid content marketing strategies to achieve specific website goals (e.g., increased brand awareness, lead generation, organic traffic growth)Conduct thorough audience research to identify ideal target demographics and tailor content accordinglyManage budgets across various paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)Create and optimize high-performing paid content campaigns including ad copy, landing pages, and creativesContinuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments for optimal resultsCollaborate with the Content Marketing and SEO teams to ensure the content aligns with the overall marketing strategyGenerate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectivenessStay abreast of the latest paid advertising trends and best practicesQualifications:Education : Bachelor's Degree preferredRequired Experience :

3+ years of experience in paid content marketing or a related field

Preferred Experience:

In-depth knowledge of various paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Technologies : Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana, and/or comparable project management suiteAdditional Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in developing and managing high-performing paid advertising campaignsStrong understanding of content marketing principles and best practicesExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategiesExceptional communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPassion for staying current with digital marketing trends and innovations

A healthy appreciation of GIFs and Black cultureDetails:This is a fully remote, U.S.- based role.
