The project is for Salesforce enhancement implementations for a nonprofit.The Technical Lead will be responsible for:Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle.Interact with client/business team to translate business needs/requirements into technical requirements/design.Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.Manage and provide direction for the App Maintenance team in support of development activities.Train new resources in Salesforce Apex development and VisualForce.
