As a Principal Research/Interaction Designer you will contribute to and participate in the following:

Candidate Requirements

A degree or experience in HCI, Cognitive Research, UX Design or other related field.Bachelor's + 12+ years of experience is requiredExperience or training in Design Thinking and Usability Studies a plusAbility to communicate effectively and succinctlyAbility to work autonomouslyExperience with Enterprise Software UX a plusMainframe experience a plus

Compensation And Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $210,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
