You will be responsible multiple projects and operate on both a strategic and tactical level – planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of product launches and web projects for US, Canada, and French Canada markets. You will also assist management to ensure compelling design, easy to use experience (UX/UI), accurate product information and strong brand presence for the US and Canada sites. Web Content Development, Management, and OversightPublishes content provided by Merchandising and Product Management into content management system; implements timely product launches and discontinuations for US and Canada websitesCollaborates with internal stakeholders, Creative Services, and outside agencies to create website content based on business needs and objectives (e.g., landing pages, copy-writing, banners, graphics, text, etc.)Ensures consistency of overall website look and feel, branding, navigation, and usability to provide optimal website experience for the customer. Assist in defining and enforcing the Epson web style guidelines in all web projectsCollaborates with manager to achieve strong SEOSupports lead generation for Retail and B2B partners, including configuration and maintenance of forms and dealer locator platformsTroubleshoots website issues and drives and resolution; Helps prioritize requests for internal and external customersCollaborates with Information Systems to optimize the end-user experience & website functionality (e.g., usability, content areas, website efficiency, etc.)Builds strong relationships with peers, other departments, and managers to best meet company goals and objectivesMinimum Experience Requirements & Skills1-2 years working with a Content Management System (CMS)Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.)Creative with understanding of web design and user experienceHighly detail-oriented and self motivatedEpson America, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability and protected veteran status, as well as any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
