Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ad Tech Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Ad Tech Specialist will play a supporting role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ad tech platforms, managing projects, and providing technical support to internal teams and clients with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising technology, excellent project management skills, and a passion for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and QA ad-related products, technology, and performance within digital platforms.

Assist in maintaining and operating ad tech platforms, including, but not limited to, DSPs, DMPs, ad servers, and analytics tools.

Assist with ad tech integrations, upgrades, and new feature implementations for Mirror Digital and its Publisher Network.

Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries from internal teams and clients.

Create tickets within ticketing systems, with working knowledge of agile methodologies.

Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and platform integrity.

Support Ad Tech, Publisher Development, and Product teams on platform launches, audits, and troubleshooting.

Provide training and support to internal teams on ad tech platforms and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve ad tech issues, including integration and data discrepancies.

Stay up-to-date on digital advertising trends and emerging technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Other related duties, as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum two years of experience in a technical operations, ad tech operations, or related role.

Strong understanding of ad tech and dev platforms, Google Ad Manager, along with DSPs, DMPs and analytics tools.

Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of debugging tools.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

Understanding of coding (HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript) is a plus.
