Our ideal candidate has experience in the B2B SaaS industry, a passion for software, and a desire to produce the best event content in the world. The right candidate will enjoy managing multiple projects and providing top-notch communication to our speakers for every event, including the leaders in SaaS. and let us know what you think you could own, what we could do better, what you like and what you don't!RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the event session agenda across our digital and in-person in events, including creating the complete session schedule, managing speaker selection, and gender diversity ratios, producing a run-of-show, coordinating speaker logistics, leading tech rehearsals, and working with our internal team members and external partners to ensure a successful live eventUnderstand the nuts and bolts of event content production. Participate in all aspects of pre, production, and post from scheduling speakers to pre-roll videos on all events and projectsWork as a speaker expert to support the creation of digital and print materials for promotion, including blog posts, speaker briefs, press releases and moreHelp source (via inbound and outbound methods) speakers and content for our global eventsCommunicate and build relationships with our speakers, address their needs, and set expectations for the eventConduct market research and trend analysis of Cloud and SaaS industries to determine the right speakers for each of our eventsManage the speaker communications calendar, including writing copy for updates to speakers in order to maintain and grow relationships with industry leadersTravel is required to provide support for onsite execution of events - will be local (SF) as well as domestic & internationalQUALIFICATIONSYou’re a strong, confident writerYou’re a fearless communicator, not afraid to cold-call large public companies and PR firmsYou love building and maintaining relationshipsYou’re extremely comfortable learning technology and have a passion for SaaSYou have strong administrative skills, and can easily multi-task, follow up and manage competing priorities all under tight deadlinesYou’re a self-starter, but when something is over your head you aren’t afraid to ask for helpEXPERIENCE5-8+ years of content or event experience1-3 years of customer support/service experience a plusPrior SaaS experience a mustKnowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPointKnowledge of Salesforce and Marketo a plusIn 150 characters or fewer, tell us what makes you unique.
