Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.Why This Job’s a Big DealThe Senior Director will be reporting to our accommodation supply leadership team with a dotted line to the brand team, and be responsible for creating and leading a multi-layered team dedicated to helping the Priceline Accommodations Team increase our presence, profile, positioning, and messaging in the hotel industry. Priceline is looking for a messaging maestro to lead a squad of humble go-getters in shaping and measuring our brand in the hotel community.In This Role You Will Get ToIndustry Content Creation / Messaging: Building off Priceline’s corporate brand strategy and positioning, create messaging and assets that position Priceline as an authority in the hotel industry by curating engaging content, applying research, data, and partner stories. Share this with our internal and external audiences (e.g. sales messaging, training, speaking points).Industry Relations: Develop and implement B2B supplier messaging and strategy that aligns with our business goals. Working with the Priceline and Agoda communications team, use media relations, press releases, interviews, bylines, and speaking engagements to reach the hotel industry.Industry Advocacy: Identify and evaluate opportunities to participate in industry councils and collaborate with external advocates to shape the industry narrative in support of Priceline’s broader Brand strategy and External Communications objectives. Engage with industry organizations to drive participation and contribute to discussions, regulation, initiatives, and efforts.Partner / Industry Events: Lead the orchestration of employee and partner trainings, conferences, advisory committees, and overall narrative development. Create content, train speakers, and develop media programs as needed.Partner Marketing/ Branding: Create and manage Priceline Agoda B2B Accommodations Supply Partner messaging. Collaborate closely with commercial excellence, sales operations, product marketing, and brand marketing to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels and brands.Training: Ensure that our internal teams are aligned with our positioning and messaging. Train them on all aspects of the messaging we should be driving.Who You Are10+ years of related experience in the space, with a focus on messaging, industry relations, marketing in the hotel/ accommodations/ B2B spaceWillingness to travel 25% of time to meet with stakeholders and industry partnersCollaboration skills and ability to influence and work across multiple partnersAbility to quantify impact and ROI - able to interpret data and trends, create focus on results, use marketing, messaging and industry relations to drive commercial results.Equal enthusiasm for high-level strategic development and tactical daily executionA confident self-starter able to move projects forwardOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsEasily works with C-level executives, Press, and IR teamsIllustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.The Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life.
