Position Responsibilities

● Creates marketing proposals, either independently or under direction of others (depending on the complexity of the proposal).● Creates marketing collateral for interviews and other presentations, and manages the interview process.● Creates and updates marketing collateral including resumes, project pages, brochures, and other textual and visual materials.● Conducts research on potential clients, leads and projects.● Assists with development and implementation of pursuit strategies, under direction of others.● Engaged in business plan development and supporting marketing collateral.● Uses Salesforce as reference for SOM project facts and contributes to data maintenance.● Develops working knowledge of A/E/I services offered by SOM, with knowledge of regional portfolio.● Contributes to training of Marketing Coordinators, at an introductory level.● Involved in professional associations and/or industry associations as needed.● Assists with other duties and tasks as may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

● Completion of four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.● 2-4 years experience in marketing within the A/E/C industry.● Strong writing and graphic design skills.● Strong organizational skills.● Strong project management skills.● Ability to work with senior leaders across a firm.● Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.● Keen interest in marketing and the architectural and engineering industry● Experience with Salesforce CRM and OpenAsset is a plus.● Ability to work and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Are you ready to join a team of creative professionals working on transformational projects around the world?
