We are seeking a seasoned Design Director to join our Creative team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will oversee the brand's visual strategy across all platforms, ensuring the visual identity is cohesive and impactful. This includes leading brand design efforts for product launches, packaging, production, experiential, and retail environments. They will have a strong understanding of corporate identity, branding, editorial design, typography, packaging, retail and experiential design, and work independently and alongside other designers, and internal partners. They will have practical experience creating brand guidelines, concept decks, strategic input briefs and be comfortable engaging entry-level through executive stakeholders and working with different types of creative professionals and creative outputs.
