Vice President of Marketing and Customer Products to lead our marketing and product teams. This role is instrumental in driving our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy, product strategy, digital marketing, and strategic marketing. They will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, driving product development initiatives, leading our digital marketing efforts, and shaping our overall strategic marketing direction.

This role will be responsible for the development and execution of product strategy for CHG’s software products. They will lead and develop a team of product managers and brand managers to execute on the vision, roadmap and marketing efforts of a portfolio of products and services. They will demonstrate and elevate the team’s ability to focus on customer needs and understand the market.

The VP will need to influence many stakeholders and drive change management and process. The candidate is a business leader with a strategic perspective, business judgement, and extensive digital and strategic marketing experience who can effectively lead teams to drive change and deliver outstanding products and business outcomes

Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing:

Develop and implement overarching strategic marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and growth targets.Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and customer needs.Collaborate with executive leadership to define the company's market positioning and brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity across all marketing efforts.

GTM Strategy

Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and existing product lines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, sales, and product development efforts to drive revenue growth.Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Product Strategy

Lead the product strategy and roadmap, working closely with product development teams to ensure alignment with market demands and company goals.Drive the development of new products and enhancements to existing products, from ideation to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and market requirements.Collaborate with sales, customer support, and other departments to gather feedback and insights for product improvements.

Digital Marketing

Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns and improve overall online customer experience.Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing best practices to enhance the company's online presence and reach.

Team Leadership

Provide strong leadership and guidance to the marketing and product teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Mentor and develop team members, encouraging professional growth and skill development.Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement within the department.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; master's degree preferred.15+ years of experience in marketing, product management, and digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in driving GTM strategies, product development, digital marketing initiatives, and strategic marketing efforts.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable marketing and product strategies.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $197,400 -- $381,900 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
