We seek a design executive with the ambition, experience, and passion to lead the Service Cloud product experience and help drive this $7B+ growing business inside Salesforce, the world's #1 service platform. As a critical member of Service Cloud's product leadership team, the VP User Experience helps drive product strategy and ensure a design-led approach to product development.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a vision leveraging a deep understanding of the industry, their users, future growth levers, and the organizational insight to bring your vision to fruition. You lead with a passion for elegance and simplicity and the ability to execute collaboratively across various global disciplines.

About Service Cloud

You will lead the design of our Service product portfolio (including Service Cloud, Digital Engagement, High Volume Contact Center, and more). You will drive the engine that is the secret behind the success of every Salesforce customer and be accountable for continued product innovation, customer success, and market leadership.

Responsibilities Include

Create and drive a user experience vision for all products across all teams supporting Salesforce Service Cloud.Lead a global UX team to align and execute the vision across UX, Product, and Engineering teamsProvide direction to the design and research teams from conceptual work through execution.Recruiting, nurturing, and retaining best-in-class talentReinforcing a design-driven culture that leverages the best product, technology, and innovative talent

Required Skills/Experience

Demonstrated experience setting UX vision and innovation, with the ability to lead a team to execute against and optimize across a portfolio of products, projects, and teams simultaneouslyProven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentOperational excellence in running high-performing teamsMakes difficult decisions with accountability and transparency, regardless of the outcomeRemoves ambiguity, is adaptable and flexiblePowerful presentation and storytelling skillsUnderstanding of key business metrics and data and how they connect to designExcellent cross-disciplinary collaboration skills and solid organizational agility10+ years in the field and 5 years in a team leadership role

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $248,100 to $397,100.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
