This Marketing Director will be responsible for clear messaging to the market, increasing quality marketing leads, instilling and leading a culture focused on client insights backed by analytics, refining our competitive positioning in the marketplace, and working with key sales and operations teams for timely and effective client communications.This Marketing Director will lead creative and unique direct marketing campaigns, content generation, lead nurturing, and digital and brand presence to tell the ProService story, driving awareness, demand generation, and customer retention. He\/ she will ensure that ProService has a sophisticated marketing arm with a heavy focus on excellent copy, testing, measurement, and strategic KPIs to demonstrate methodical, continuous ROI improvement.What You'll DoBuild a culture of marketing excellence. Approach all external campaigns with an unyielding commitment to best practices and establishment of ProService's Growth Marketing team as an industry leader.Manage a team of 4 employees. Ensure the continued skills and professional development of each team member, fostering a combination of both high-level performance and personal pride and enjoyment of working in the ProService Marketing team.Build a clear messaging plan for the company that integrates all key channels of communications and assets.Develop and execute inbound and outbound marketing, lead management and digital marketing programs to drive lead conversion and new business acquisition. Create integrated campaigns which form the foundation of a data-driven marketing machine. Implement bulletproof campaign test design where each campaign or Sales tool quantifiably demonstrates improvement.Focus marketing on performance metrics and quantitative success around lead generation which converts at rates that equal and exceed historic rates.Working with the Technology team, establish highly-efficient marketing operations with extensive use of email software management, lead nurturing, lead funnel tracking, content development and distribution, referral reward distribution, website conversion of visitors to leads, digital ad landing page conversions, sales enablement and social media publishing and monitoring.Partner with key groups like Client Experience and SMEs across the organization to integrate thought leadership into core messaging.What You'll Bring To The Team8+ years in marketing leadership roles, 3+ years in B2B demand generation roles.Bachelor's Degree; Master's in marketing or an MBA a plusDemonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, projects at onceAbility to communicate effectively in speech and writingSEO and PPC experience, certifications preferredProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsWHY YOU'LL LOVE PROSERVICEOur PROhana. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance based commissions/bonuses. The commission/bonus payout is between $10,000 and $25,000 annually when performing within the target range.We support a hybrid working environment, and this position is located in Hawaii-Kai, Honolulu, HI. Our normal business hours are 8am - 5pm HST.
