We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious teammate to join us as our first full-time product designer. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will partner to build a culture of design within NexHealth. What You'll Do

Understand and solve complex problems for our customersDesign simple, easy-to-use flows and experiences that delight our customersPartner with product management and engineering to oversee user experience for products and features from conception to launchDevelop deep empathy for our customers and translate insights into informed design decisionsCultivate a design process built on strong cross-functional collaborationContribute to high-level strategic decisions with the product teamProvide and seek feedback to push the bar for qualityWhat You'll Bring

We constantly ask “why” to validate our assumptions.Salary The salary range for this role is $165,500 to $201,800 for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of NexHealth’s total compensation package for employees.
