Here is what you need to know about the job: The Director of Marketing and Sales Support will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role plays a key part in shaping the company’s market presence and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives. Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.Brand Management:

Enhance and maintain the Neo Tangent brand image.Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing channels.Digital Marketing:

Oversee digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and social media.Utilize analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.Content Strategy:

Lead the development of compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.Lead Generation and Conversion:

Drive customer acquisition through effective lead generation initiatives.Implement strategies to convert leads into customers and maximize customer retention.Partnerships and Collaborations:

Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach and influence.Collaborate with external partners to execute joint marketing initiatives.Team Leadership:

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the marketing department.Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.MBA in MarketingProven experience (minimum of 10-12 years) in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in developing sales and marketing presentations and collateralEffectively envision, construct, and communicate a compelling story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations.Proven experience in BPO, Supply Chain management, Supply Chain ServicesSkilled in managing leadership queries and ensuring quick, effective responses.Strong analytical and communication skillsCompetence to work in a matrixed environmentWillingness to travel as neededComfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and can navigate quicklyRelates openly and easily with diverse groups of people and cultures.Compensation/Benefits:
