Job Description Overview:
The Senior Manager of Website & Digital Marketing will oversee the digital and web presence, including websites, email marketing, social media, blogs, apps, podcasts, video campaigns, and web/social analytics.This role involves managing a team of two direct reports and collaborating with vendors.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategy.Manage web content and design.Develop and oversee video and multimedia strategy.Analyze and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for effectiveness.Implement social media strategy across various platforms.Drive search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.Oversee the blog program and email marketing strategy.Serve as the primary liaison to digital marketing vendors.
Qualifications:
Exceptional analytical skills for gathering and synthesizing research data.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.Expertise in email marketing best practices and compliance.Advanced knowledge of SEO concepts and techniques.Familiarity with web-based CMS and HTML editing software.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing automation tools.Strong communication skills for both internal and external interactions.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required; equivalent experience may substitute.Minimum of seven years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
Additional Information:
