Purpose

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and creating exceptional experiences for the guests of the B Hotels and Resorts portfolio. The Marketing Manager is also accountable for supporting the property teams in executing the marketing initiatives.

Essential Function of Job

Plan and execute Marketing strategies that measurably impact guest acquisition, guest spend and loyalty.Champion continuous optimization of email deployment/deployment process including maximizing dynamic content, targeting, personalization, and template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Lead all e-commerce initiatives in collaboration with the Sales and Revenue teams.Lead transition to new marketing platforms. Contribute to the design and creation of digital assets including email and content on branded websites.Manage relationship with various vendors and agencies to ensure product updates and best practices are utilized. Ensure strategic alignment and consistency.Identify revenue opportunities based on analysis of customer data. Report on specific campaigns, objectives, results and OKRs highlighting success, trends and opportunities.Keep current on latest digital, email, social media and hospitality industry trends. Analyze reporting from brand websites to create strategies that will improve online performance and drive web direct bookings.Showcase strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail. Collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders to create and deliver best-in-class creative and property activations.Provide support and communication to the hotels teams to ensure all marketing initiatives are efficiently brought to life by the hotel team. Ensure the defined brand identity of B Hotels and Resorts is carried out throughout different touch points of the guest experience or as part of special property and brand activations.Attend all scheduled training sessions and meetings as required. Comply with all company’s policies and procedures on a regular basis. Perform any other job-related duties as deemed necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 to 5 years marketing experience both in branded and independent hotels.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, AdvertisingProven track record of creating strategic campaigns, executing and delivering results.Job Type: Full-time
