About the Role
The Company is seeking a Creative Director to lead the development of its brand through exceptional and distinctive creative work. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all creative output, from TV ads to in-store materials, is in line with the brand's identity and effectively communicates its values. This role involves not only creating superb creative work but also elevating the standards of the internal creative team, fostering a culture of shared ideas, and overseeing the output of external creative partners. They should be passionate about great brands and communications, ambitious in their creative vision, and possess strong leadership and team management skills. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the internal team, as well as external agencies and partners, to ensure that the brand's creative vision is consistently maintained.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in advertising and marketing, with a focus on health and wellness or a related sector, and at least 3 years' experience in a leadership role. Applicants for the Creative Director position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in advertising and marketing, with a specific background in health and wellness or a related industry. The role requires a deep understanding of the creative process and the ability to guide and inspire a team to produce work that is both innovative and effective. Experience in retail and packaging, as well as a proven track record of developing and executing creative work across multiple channels, is essential.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to build and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
