Director, Product Marketing

NETGEAR is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Development team to shape the strategic direction and positioning of our Connected Home Products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective GTM strategies for new product launches. This role requires a consumer-centric approach with a strong blend of product knowledge, marketing expertise, and leadership skills.About the role:Based in San Francisco Bay areaDevelop compelling product positioning and messaging for new products and servicesTranslate technical features into clear benefits for customersConduct research to inform product messaging and positioningCreate buyer personas to guide business decisionsLead product launches from planning through executionCreate GTM launch plans and ensure messaging consistencyOversee packaging design projects and productionAnalyze key performance metrics for marketing optimizationProvide leadership, mentorship, and management for team membersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred5+ years of product marketing experience in technologyStrong strategic thinking and analytical skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectivelyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentUS base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
