The Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for helping create strategic marketing initiatives across the Northwood Ravin portfolio. This role will support and oversee project planning and coordination, data analysis, website optimization, vendor management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate excels in managing project timelines, analyzing marketing data to drive strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns. The Marketing Project Coordinator will work alongside the digital marketing team to provide proactive, strategic, and effective marketing recommendations.

Position Responsibilities:

**Project Planning & Help Desk Management **

Develop comprehensive project timelines and milestones to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Lead project planning sessions with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.

Track and analyze data of incoming and closed tickets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

In conjunction with Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy, host team meetings to:

Review open tickets and pending projects. Help set appropriate deadlines as necessary and track progress of multi-stage projects.

Provide feedback on closed ticket quality, if applicable.

Review upcoming projects in pipeline and delegate tasks appropriately to team members.

Ensure communication between the marketing team and on-site team and/or various divisions is completed in a timely and purposeful manner.

Should feedback, goal-setting, and coaching opportunities be needed, the Marketing Project coordinator will report notes to the Director of Marketing & Digital Strategy.

Manage incoming marketing-related tickets and requests from the help desk, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Proactively address project issues and obstacles to minimize disruptions and maximize project efficiency.

Analytics, Reporting & Strategy Development

Ensure site teams monthly marketing plans are complete and turned in by the 20th of the month.

Track and analyze portfolio digital engagement metrics (SEO / PPC campaigns, social media, website).

Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.

Generate and distribute regular reports to track project progress, performance metrics (e.g., email blast analytics, website traffic), and ROI.

Prepare insightful data-driven reports monthly per property to inform strategic decision-making

Conduct thorough competitor analyses and monitor industry trends to identify competitive advantages and opportunities. Use findings to adjust project strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market

Website Management & Optimization

Conduct regular audits of property websites for content accuracy, SEO performance, and user experience improvements.

Audit content on websites within the portfolio to ensure accuracy and fresh content.

Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website enhancements and updates.

**Vendor & Stakeholder Management **

Research and cultivate strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and stakeholders to support project needs.

Coordinate vendor activities and ensure alignment with project timelines and budgetary constraints.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in project coordination or management.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM software.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Experienced in marketing single-family and townhomes.

Team player

Ability to travel to sites across Northwood Ravin portfolio as needed or requested.
