Position Summary:The

Digital Marketing Coordinator

will play a pivotal role in our marketing team, supporting various initiatives to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this full-time, in-office, salaried position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the company's online presence across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.Design and update online public profiles in line with our brand and copy guidelines.Have specific understanding in the creation, management, and optimization of paid Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other online and social media digital ad campaigns.Have a meticulous understanding for creating captivating ad copy and design.Video and media creation for use on digital platforms, project showcases, and online advertising.Web design and updates to enhance the browser’s user experience and web SEO presence.Serve as the backup point of contact for the Marketing Director.Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless marketing operations.Analyze marketing data to report on performance and identify areas for improvement.Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events.Secure and respond to online company reviews in a timely and empathetic manner.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative marketing strategies.The ability to manage and staff field marketing opportunities, including home shows, is a plus.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the home services industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.Proficient in the use of CRM software and marketing automation tools.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary package starting at $40,000 per year, based on experience.Health and dental benefits are available after 90 days.Paid Time Off (PTO).401(k) with employer matching contributions.Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST work schedule.
