Part of Omnicom's Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets.YOUR ROLE:As part of the creative team and as the Associate Creative Director this position works closely with colleagues in the strategy and business teams to generate and execute content marketing concepts for a variety of digital media on one or more accounts. The Associate Creative Director is responsible for guiding and supervising the creative effort of copy and or art supervisors.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the guidance and supervision of the visual creation of a campaign on one or more accountCoordinates the design and reproduction of the copy with the art and production staffManage production workflow and team resourcing within budget and timing constraintsEnsures creative compliance with Client's goalsContributes to the development of long range creative strategies and campaigns with impact to new and existing clientsWork collaboratively with partners from other departments, including strategy and business teamsLead, develop, mentor and inspire a team of writers and designers

REQUIRED SKILLS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required5+ years of experience and an amazing portfolio, demonstrating your creative thinking across marketing channels. 1+ years of managerial experience.Superior knowledge of web design tools, programs, trends, and technologiesEye for concept development and executionsHands-on experience with Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with third-party content providers like Visually is a plusAbility to lead a team and communicate effectivelyAbility to thrive in a fast paced environment, and respond quickly as business factors shiftAbility to think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client opportunities

This range is specific to Detroit and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
