Social Media Coordinator

Main Office (MOS) OVERVIEW The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for creating, editing, distributing and optimizing relevant, contextual and personalized content across social media platforms to attract, engage and retain customers. They analyze performance data and make daily changes and optimizations to achieve set marketing objectives for a designated Sun Outdoors region. JOB DUTIES * Monitors and maintains the Companys social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. * Communicates via social media with residents, guests and customers on a daily basis. * Reviews and analyzes various content including microblogs, blogs, photos, videos, events, ratings and reviews; provides strategic and actionable recommendations on ways to optimize social media content. * Performs competitor product analysis to understand the appeal of other marketing efforts and social media approaches in the market. * Sets and measures progress towards web analytic goals to ensure an understanding of campaign and message effectiveness. * Responds to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Other duties and special projects as assigned. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (Required) * 2 years maintaining corporate social media sites across multiple platforms and channels * Knowledge of current social media technologies, trends and competition * Ability to design and manage social marketing campaigns via various social media sources * Strong creative skills and the ability to strategize * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong customer service skills BENEFITS At Sun Communities, you will be part of an industry-leading organization where you will be challenged, inspired, rewarded and transformed.
