Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
Manage and lead a sales team to drive revenue growth and meet targets
Create and oversee marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM software
