RD Enterprises was founded by someone who understands coming from nothing. The owner started a promotional entertainment company from the ground up to the largest promotional company on the east coast. Built and opened world famous night clubs and booked A list celebrities and artists across the nation and won prestige’s awards like winning the number one sound system in the world. RD Enterprises is now the number one marketing and sales provider for one of the largest fiber optic telecom companies in the nation and brand new cutting edge solar technology. We are going through a massive expansion expanding across new England and across the nation and are looking for individuals to grow with us. We are looking for candidates that are highly motivated and that can be coached , trained, and developed. We are a firm believer of growing our employees organically, so they learn every aspect of the business.
We are seeking motivated individuals who are fresh out of high school figuring out the next steps wanting a career and to learn entrepreneurship and looking for growth. This position is a gateway to several other career opportunities within our organization and within the sales and marketing department. Don't worry about having any experience. We conduct an extensive systematic paid training program ran by our top managers to give you all the skills and tools that you need to become successful. Our team is highly motivated and team oriented. Our culture is 80% work and 20% fun. We do annual holiday getaways, retreats and sporting events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Facilitating sales of Telecommunication services to the general public
• Continually increasing knowledge of telecommunications products and services
• Ensuring every customer is "Very Satisfied"
· Processing orders
· Taking part in promotional events such as town days etc…
