The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in the execution of various marketing campaigns and initiatives, helping to enhance the company's brand presence and drive engagement with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign Support:
Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, content marketing, and digital advertising.Social Media Management:
Assist in managing and monitoring the company's social media accounts, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars, including logistical arrangements and promotional efforts.Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing marketing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and basic knowledge of social media marketing.Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, and email marketing.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.
