Job Overview:
The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic marketing initiatives of our client, a company dedicated to creating inspiring spaces that enhance communities. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and articulate the brand value proposition.
Marketing Communications: Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events. Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all marketing materials. Measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
Proposal Development: Lead the proposal team to produce compelling, persuasive, and visually appealing proposals that win new business. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content that clearly articulates unique value propositions. Manage the proposal process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Brand Management: Champion brand identity and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints. Develop brand guidelines and templates to maintain consistency and reinforce brand equity. Protect and enhance the company's reputation through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Digital Marketing: Drive the company's digital marketing strategy, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation. Utilize data analytics to measure and track the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. Stay current on emerging digital trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative, creative, and results-oriented culture within the marketing department. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Requirements Include:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the construction or engineering industry. Experience managing a team of marketing professionals and achieving results through collaboration. Skills: Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Proven leadership ability, with a focus on empowering and motivating teams. Expertise in marketing best practices, including brand management, digital marketing, content creation, and proposal development. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
