The Digital Marketing Manager will build globally relevant and impactful digital campaigns and experiences. This person will craft and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy encompassing DTC, email, and paid media to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion. They will play a crucial role in supporting the creation of a unique user experience on MoultrieProducts.com.

Responsibilities:

Optimize MoultrieProducts.com websiteAssist with SEO optimization of new landing pagesMaintain and own website plug-insManage and strategize the merge of Meta and Google ads of Moultrie Mobile and Moultrie Feeders into one instanceWork with Marketing/Creative for new asset development and requirementsMaintain and optimize moutlrieproducts.com and ensure path to purchase is optimal for the consumer experienceCollaborate with the creative team to maintain a strong brand presence on the digital landscapeLead the development of website content and features to consistently enhance user experience and align with organizational objectives and strategiesManage the website's content, including writing new content, creating new pages and functionality, implementing/maintaining/sunsetting plugins and bespoke code solutions, editing and auditing existing content, and removing outdated contentExecute digital strategy for product launchesStrategize and optimize Retailer website improvements to help Moultrie become number two in the marketIncrease traffic and engagement to the website with SEO and SEM best practices and strategiesMeasure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpointsBasic Qualifications:

B.S. or B.A. from an accredited college/university in Business or Marketing or related field.Six (6) + years of cross-functional digital experience.Strong business acumen with ability to think strategically and creatively. A track record of continuous improvement change agent initiatives.Effective team and cross-functional communicator, to build an empowered consensus driven culture.Proven record of nurturing and developing team members, at all levels, in a dynamic work environment.Meticulously detailed and highly organized.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.Ability to think creatively to identify problems and recommend solutions.Preferred Skills/Experiences:

Experience with Magento, website design and digital marketing strategies.Experience working with consumer manufactured goods.Experience Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint data analysis/presentation needs.Hunting/fishing experience with an appreciation of the outdoors.
