What is this role?

As the

Field Marketing Operations Manager

for Cirkul, you will oversee and optimize the operations that facilitate event activation strategies and logistics. This role is pivotal in managing operations coordinators, managing logistics, handling inbound and outbound shipments, working with outside vendors and providing essential support with marketing and product materials to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives across the United States.

We are looking for an individual to scale our operations to support a 40+ person team. This candidate will have experience with coordination and implementation of transportation and logistics efforts at large scale. In addition to supporting the needs of our field team, this individual will work cross functionally throughout Cirkul, have responsibility with coordinating tracking and deployment of our equipment and vehicles, and manage a system to track inventory of product at our HQ and around the country.

What does an average day look like?

Driving Results:Logistics Management - Oversee the coordination of logistics for events and activations, including transportation, equipment, and delivery logistics. Ensure all resources are efficiently utilized and adhere to the budget.Manage Product Forecasting - Work in coordination with the Field Marketing Leadership team along with the Procurement and Planning Team so all parties are properly aligned to effectively understand product needs and production planning timelines.Shipping Oversight - Develop a system to monitor and ensure cost efficiencies with shipping needs to team members and events.Taking Ownership:

Manage Equipment Inventory - Understanding the location and needs of marketing materials, product samples, and promotional items. Ensure accurate distribution and timely replenishment as needed.Budget Oversight - Monitor and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.Inventory Oversight - Building a system to report inventory levels quickly and accurately in real-time. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly product shipments to track costs and enable reorder needs.Vehicle Fleet - Ensure all documentation, maintenance and usage is fully up to date and documented, maintain records and training for drivers.Making Decisions:

Data and Reports - Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve future marketing strategies and logistic decisions.Manage the Coordinators - Lead the Operations coordinator group to ensure they have visibility to current priorities and foresight into upcoming opportunities and projects. Includes personal development programs, along with semi-annual and yearly reviews.Systems and Platforms - Align with Coordinators and Regional Managers to determine satisfaction with or adjustments needed to existing systems and platforms used. Investigate other options to improve the field marketing team's operational success.Cultivating Relationships:

Provide Guidance - Manage a team of Operations Coordinators and Interns via training efforts to ensure efficient and effective support of the field marketing team. Lead the group to be proactive and solution based in their day-to-day activities.Cross Functional Alignment - Collaborate with internal groups to ensure best practices are being followed by the Field Marketing Operations team to ensure we are being good partners with our timelines and communications across the company.Outside Vendors - Develop relationships with outside vendors to secure best in class pricing and service. Ability to negotiate while understanding the Field Marketing team needs, timelines, and priorities.Instilling Trust:

Always Deliver - Build trust with cross-functional and Field Marketing team members through delivering on key commitments, meeting deadlines, and following through on all administrative tasks to facilitate efficient team operations.Proactive Approach - Identify opportunities of growth, adjustments and improvement. Lead the team to new and effective ways of operating.Customer Focus:

Proactive Approach - Engage with marketing partners and Field Marketing team members to resolve any issues or concerns that arise, demonstrating commitment to driving a premium brand experience.Retail Partners - Work collaboratively with our retail team to determine key initiatives at the retail level that require the field marketing team's support.What background should you have?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.Prior experience executing brand activation, or engaging and educating consumers within the beverage or consumer products industries.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Capable of activating and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns.Strong organizational and analytical abilities.Able to lift up to 50 pounds.Travel may be required, at times by airplane and may include overnight stays.Ability to work nights and weekends and occasional holidaysWhat do we offer?
