Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team to be a key player in driving qualified traffic to the Corsair and DROP websites.

This role is pivotal in driving our digital marketing efforts across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other platforms. We are looking for a candidate who combines a passion for gaming with a proven track record in digital marketing. The ideal individual should be a creative problem solver and possess the ability to implement innovative digital marketing strategies based on data-driven insights. A deep understanding of the gaming community and active participation in gaming forums or communities will be a significant advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Execute paid ad campaign setup, QC, and optimization across networks (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc) with a focus on high ROAS, low CAC conversion focused campaigns & supplemental awareness campaignsResponsible for daily budget pacing & monitoring budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaignsPlan and execute A/B testing strategies across various marketing channels to continually improve campaign performance and customer engagement. Your goal is to find the perfect ad creative through measured & consistent testing.Provide channel performance reporting with actionable insights to inform optimizations using platform data, Looker Studio, GA4, mParticleOn a regular and adhoc basis, uncover insights and make recommendations to channel leaders to achieve business goals and make campaign improvementsResearch paid advertising competitive landscape and industry landscape to help move our program forwardLiaise with Content, Social, eCommerce, Website, Sales, and other teams to help advance goals and further improve our programQUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business3-5 years of performance marketing experience (paid search, SEO, social, video, and/or display a plus)Owned at least one performance marketing channel pacing and was responsible for management of entire channelIn-depth experience with SEO, content creation, and digital advertising platforms.Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.Demonstrated project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Proactive approach to problem solvingExtreme attention to detailFamiliar with Looker, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other similar analytics platforms - you'll be working in these every dayEffective communicator with internal and external parties; must have the ability to work in/with cross-functional teamsPassion for gaming, creator space and PC buildingGood understanding of the gaming community and trends

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Annual Salary Range $75,000-$95,000 USD
