We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Production Designer with extensive experience in the Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with knowledge of FIGMA. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a high level of attention to detail. This role requires knowledge of both print and digital best practices. You will be responsible for executing the production of visual assets that support our marketing campaigns and initiatives. Effective communication with cross-functional teams to design campaign assets responsively while adhering to brand guidelines and creative direction is essential. You will collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to ensure that all creative materials are produced to the highest standards and meet project requirements.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate conceptual designs into production-ready artwork for various marketing materials, including print ads, digital ads, and promotional content.Ensure accurate execution of designs, adhering to brand guidelines, tool kits, specifications, and technical requirements.Work closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Execute job tickets based on creative direction from the Creative Concept Team.Oversee multiple campaigns and projects through all stages of print production and/or online deployment.Regularly engage with designers and other virtual and in-person team members to foster team building and collaboration.Address business challenges with innovative production strategies.Take ownership, lead initiatives, and execute through all production development stages.Prepare files for standard and large-format printing, ensuring they meet the required specifications for quality and accuracy.Organize and maintain digital files using best practices for file naming, version control, and archiving, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use by following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Stay updated on industry trends, production techniques, and software advancements to improve processes and outputs continuously.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Extensive experience with Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with knowledge of FIGMA preferred.Meticulous attention to detail for accuracy and consistency in design and production.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.Proficiency in following brand guidelines and creative direction.Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and lead initiatives through completion.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Advanced skillset in design fundamentals, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, contrast, balance, space, repetition, color, and variety.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree preferred or proven experience of 7-10 years as a Production Artist, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role with a strong portfolio demonstrating production skills in marketing materials.Strong organizational and time management skills.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable)
Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment.Extensive use of office equipment and other business-related machines and software.
