The Corporate Communications Manager reports to Encore's Director of Corporate Communications and the ESG. They significantly contribute to the success of Encore's global communications strategy by serving as the community content manager and lead for Encore's global intranet, which includes developing, designing, and delivering Encore's intranet strategy, accompanying governance, change management initiatives, content development and daily content monitoring. This role also maintains the Corporate Communications technology strategy, and manages the company's internal brand, and extends expert communications support to cross-functional teams. This position may travel domestically and/or internationally up to 10%.

ResponsibilitiesDevelops, designs, and delivers Encore's intranet strategy, accompanying governance, and change management initiatives. This includes designing and leading workshops with stakeholders, designing and facilitating surveys and focus groups, etc., and facilitating the intranet's executive steering committee.

Provides expert communications support to cross-functional teams including Human Resources, Marketing, global Corporate Communications teams, and other stakeholders, partnering with them to ensure that information is communicated effectively and in keeping with the company's internal brand. Initiates, develops, and produces effective company-wide communications deliverables, including written messages, videos, web casts, leader Q&As, etc.

Sets and maintains Corporate Communication's technology strategy (i.e. "Tech Stack"). This includes operationalizing plans for training and servicing as a liaison with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Develops and maintains a robust internal communications calendar and conducting daily monitoring of content and actively collaborate with broader communications team on external reputation management activities.

Develops and manages the company's internal brand, offering guidance to global stakeholders.

Monitors and tracks internal communications programs performance by establishing metrics, KPIS and creating reports.

Currently this role does not have direct reports but this could change in the future.

Education

Required: Bachelor; Communications, Public Affairs, English or related field.

Preferred: Master or Advanced

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

Advance experience working in corporate communications, public affairs, specifically experience in internal communications and reputation management.Strong intranet management experience.Familiarity with web design and editing tools, especially Word Press and SharePointAdvanced Proficiency with communications technology platforms.Advanced level of proficiency of MS Office; specifically, PowerPoint.Proven ability to work across groups and think creatively about options.Strong understanding and application of corporate communications, excellent writing, critical reasoning, and project management skills.Strong change management communications experience, solid business acumen, and an understanding of corporate messaging and storytelling.Technology-savvy and have superior editing and relationship management skills.Ability to manage various workflows and balance competing interest and priorities.

Experience

Required: 7 years of related work.

Preferred: 7 -10 years of related work.
