We are looking for a

Sales & Marketing Specialist

responsible for the supporting execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Your specific duties will include:

Sales Responsibilities:Support sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.Lead generation of new business opportunities through various channels, including providing a business owner list, virtual networking, cold call appointment setting, and digital outreach.Complete the prospect questionnaire.Marketing Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.Collaborate with the coach to develop and promote new coaching programs and services.Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, digital, social media, email, events) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and social media (this one is a maybe).Specific qualifications for the position include :

Associate/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.1-3 years of recent experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the coaching or professional services industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and MS Office Suite.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
