PABCO Building Products is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand and drive our company's strategic objectives.

*In-office in Rancho Cordova, California, but we would consider making it remote for the right candidate.

What is the Job?

Strategic Development and Marketing Execution:

Participate in the development of strategic direction for brand development.Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to develop and execute annual marketing programs and campaigns.Implement marketing plans across social media, web, print, press releases, and events.Develop content for digital platforms including websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.Market Research and Insights:

Conduct market research to identify trends and develop initiatives for market execution.Provide strategic market insights for budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning.Promote customer goodwill by providing market and technical information and fostering industry relationships.Advertising and Vendor Management:

Create and oversee paid advertising campaigns and metrics.Manage vendors and negotiate prices for marketing services, booths, and advertising.Develop marketing materials, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, content marketing, and community partnerships.Reporting and Team Management:

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing efforts.Manage the recruitment, performance, training, development, and promotion of marketing team members.Conduct performance appraisals and assign objectives to direct reports.Compliance and Safety:

Abide by all safety rules set forth by the company and government regulatory agencies.Ensure hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.Perform all other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university andFive (5) years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the building materials industry.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Technical skills (Adobe Creative Suite, photography, web design/development, project management platforms, video creation)Be able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.Requirements

Travel up to 25% required.Salary offered depends on experience $125,000 - 150,000 annually, plus bonus.
