What kind of candidate are we looking for?We are seeking a talented and experienced Lighting Project Manager with the following qualifications:
• BS/BA/BAE in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Engineering or related field• Architectural / Electrical Engineering / Lighting Design background• 3-5 years of related professional experience• Auto CAD and/or Revit skills• Adobe Photoshop and InDesign• Proficient in AGI• Excellent organizational, communication skills, motivated and shows professional initiative• Takes ownership of assignments, can work both independently and as part of the team• Knowledge of manufacturers, fixtures, specifications, industry standards and energy codes• Strong verbal and written skills• Coordinates with other disciplines• Legal working status in the United States
Preferred• Knowledge of 3-D modeling programs, i.e. Rhino, 3-D Studio Max, etc.• Knowledge of daylight harvesting systems• LEED Accreditation
Portfolio not to exceed 5 pages and/or 10MB.
Pay: $75,000 - 85,000 annually, commensurate by skill level and experience.
