Marketing Communications SpecialistLocation: Maplewood, MN (Hybrid)
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:1) Supporting the development of holistic, integrated communications programs to increase awareness and drive purchase intent of branded products across prioritized audiences.2) Leading assigned creative and marketing projects and managing content creation with marketing agencies.3) Managing all asset language translations and translation requirements through preferred vendor portal(s).4) Editing InDesign and PPT files.5) Proactively managing approved project budgets and tracking in Excel document.6) Enforcing proper brand usage and ensuring full brand compliance in created materials (visual/verbal/written/image identity).7) Partnering with cross-functional teams and marketers to make strategic content improvements.8) Managing internal events such as poster events and internal tradeshows.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, our company is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university is required.• Minimum four (4) years of Agency (account, project management, production, graphic design or digital role), and/or Corporate/Business marketing experience.• Experience in Adobe InDesign, PPT & Illustrator files
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:• Excellent writing and proofing skills, high-level of creativity, and comfort with ambiguity.• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.• Strong project facilitation and communication skills.• Fluent in English and French Canadian language• Customer/client-centric mindset combined with contagious enthusiasm, passion, and curiosity.• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels; Social Media, Email/Marketing Automation, Tradeshows, Brochures, etc.• Demonstrated ability to create posters and aesthetically improve executive presentations to a high standard.This is a hybrid role based in the Twin Cities with a requirement to be in office minimum of 2 days per week.
