Position Summary:

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator is responsible for the growth of the organization's B2B Executive Education Program. They coordinate and execute on-site events throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts, create promotional materials, and are responsible for increasing event attendance and program membership. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will leverage email campaigns and field marketing tactics to drive program growth. They will work collaboratively with teammates in the Marketing Department and will contribute to social media content creation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Partner with Marketing Team to execute all aspects of the annual B2B Program curriculum, which includes webinars and in person eventsWork with team members to create promotional materials for events and outreach activities.Provide routine program logistics/maintain requirements or activities to ensure quality of programs.Assist in the development, editing, and production of materials, letters, forms, etc.Update course materials, schedules, requirements, and provide information to participants; resolve problemsProduce quarterly reports to reflect program performance and member engagementPrepare program confirmation and correspondenceRequirements

Required Skills & Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteGraphic Design - experience with Canva or Adobe PreferredAbility to manage competing priorities, organize/orchestrate details of several ongoing eventsWillingness and ability to travel as needed - reliable transportation and ability to attend occasional evening events is a must.Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficienciesAbility to simplify complex information into a user-friendly formatSocial Media Content Creation - platforms include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTokCRM Experience a huge plus (Hubspot)Experience & Qualifications:

High school degree required, college degree a plusMarketing, Sales or related field experience preferred.Strong Attention to detail.Compensation & Benefits:
