We have an exciting opportunity at GCI for a digital multimedia artist to join our dynamic and high-performing team. We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about their craft, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to our team in support of our customers' missions. The ideal candidate will have professional expertise in digital composite imaging, with a strong technical understanding of forensic anatomy and photography. They should possess meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and demonstrate maturity in their work.

The Compositor should thrive in a dynamic environment, open to constructive feedback through peer reviews, and actively contribute to team feedback sessions. They must be capable of working independently on projects while collaborating effectively within a team.

At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As a Digital Multimedia Artist, a typical day will include the following duties/qualifications:

Qualifications:

Must possess a TS/SCI & Poly clearance.Minimum 10 years' experience with Adobe CC suite products.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.Impressive portfolio showcasing the ability to create high-quality, photo-realistic images (portfolio review required prior to interview).Training or equivalent experience in forensic anatomy.General knowledge of digital media forensics.Familiarity with 3D design and animation.Ability to engage in meetings, contribute to decisions and critiques, and provide updates.Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak-project periods.Prepared to create a composite based on images provided as part of the evaluation process.While not mandatory, a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
