Strategy Consulting Team (SCT) seeks an adaptive and self-starting graphic designer to support the visual media and communication needs of the company and our clients. The graphic designer will partner with internal and external clients to define requirements and create graphics to include illustrations, infographics, logos, layouts, photos, and more. The graphic designer will develop innovative and industry-leading products that meet and exceed customer expectations. The graphic designer will tell compelling stories through building close relationships with clients in order to develop high-quality media products. Other responsibilities include:
Meet with clients to determine the scope of a project and develop ideas and solutions to client challengesAdvise clients on strategies to reach a particular audienceDetermine the message the design should portrayCreate high-quality images that identify a product or convey a messageDevelop high-quality graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websitesSelect colors, images, text style, and layoutPresent the design to clientsIncorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final designReview designs for errors before printing or publishing themSupport internal media requirements as assignedQualifications:
Proven graphic designing experience (5+ years' experience preferred)A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphicsFamiliarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.)A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesAbility to work autonomously and creativelyResponsive to constructive feedback from internal and external stakeholdersBachelors Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is preferredWorking knowledge of 508 requirements for graphic productsUS citizenship and eligible for US security clearanceLocation
