First Merchants Bank is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team! This position will coordinate corporate marketing and advertising programs. Plan and coordinate marketing programs; develop and execute bank and holding company strategic marketing objectives.

As part of this role you will:
- Serve as trusted advisor and primary Marketing business partner for assigned line(s) of business and/or functional teams.
- Develop, support and implements marketing plans and programs within established branding guidelines for a line of business or strategic business initiative to meet measurable goals and objectives or solve problems.
- Manage, track, and regularly report detailed marketing budget updates.
- Adhere to established compliance regulations and approval processes.
- Evaluate and report on established performance metrics and ROI for assigned marketing programs.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external resources to meet timelines, budgetary and project goals.
- Support internal communications for assigned marketing initiatives.
- Participates in team-based marketing planning to align strategies and deadlines across various concurrent projects and initiatives.
- Regularly researches relevant subject matter to increase knowledge in area(s) of specialty.
- Support Marketing integration program during mergers and acquisitions.
To be successful in this position, we require the following:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field OR Associate Degree/ two years of College + two (2) years of related work/military experience OR four (4) years of related work/military experience (plus any additional required experience).
- A minimum of five (5) years of related marketing experience.
