We are looking for a talented, passionate, dynamic, results-oriented product marketing leader to help drive our market and product leadership and advance the corporate purpose software category. As the Director, Product Marketing, you will manage our product go-to-market plans by supporting commercial readiness, helping define sales plays, markets and segments for our products, and collaborate cross-functionally on strategies and programs that achieve our revenue and market growth as you continue to shape a new category. Managing a team of product marketers, you will be a key partner in ensuring product-level revenue goals are met. As corporate purpose takes centre-stage in the world, and as Benevity further strengthens its leadership in the impact and inclusion space, this is an incredibly exciting time to lead the charge on marketing products and solutions that power purpose and make our world better.

What you will do:

Work closely with the Product and Marketing team to build and execute product marketing plans that help achieve business goals related to Benevity's products and solutionsDevelop and execute product go-to-market strategies and launches and lead a collaborative GTM process to bring new solutions to market working with our Product, Marketing, Sales enablement, and Sales and Client Success teamsCreate new opportunities for monetization from products and services, build the right messaging, positioning, support packaging and pricing, and work closely with Demand Generation, Client Marketing, Content Marketing & Communications, Brand Marketing, Enablement, Product, Sales and Client Success teams to take these to market effectivelyRefine and establish pricing and packaging strategies for all existing and new products including new product launches, promotions and deal desk approvalsEnsure deep integration on GTM with Product, Sales and Marketing to connect all of the dots from product truth to positioning/messaging to value creation in the sales process to product merchandisingMap the positioning and messaging to a content strategy aligned to the sales process to achieve higher conversion throughout the funnelWork with the Product team to provide input, market insight and support for communicating the value created via the product roadmap and visionSpeak to clients and Sales to refine messaging and positioning and enablement toolsWork with Enablement to ensure development of effective product- and solutions-related training materials for Benevity-ites and clientsCreate excitement and pride among internal teams on new product-related developments and launchesLead a talented team of product marketers and create a culture of excellence, focus and excitement around our productsImprove operations by establishing clear objectives and key results, aligned to business goals, tracking performance and deliverables to measure the team's impact and manage its priorities and productivityUnderstand the market through market analysis, input from Sales and Client Success teams, client segmentation, and competitive intelligence to generate and share insights about our target audience's needs, priorities, and challenges

What you will bring:

10-12 years of related product marketing and/or product management experience in B2B SaaS solutions, with at least 5 years of experience leading teamsExperience working with B2B companies transforming to enterprise SaaSAbility to execute strategies, programs, and projects cross-functionally, on-time, and effectivelyProven experience working at the global level to capitalize international markets and nurture markets at different levels of maturityDemonstrated success in leading a portfolio of product marketers in a high-growth environmentDemonstrated success launching differentiated products, solutions and services in the B2B spaceProven experience with SaaS pricing and packaging strategy in a global B2B environment to drive revenue growthExperience with new product introduction by market and different geographiesStrategic planning, execution and measurement skillsGreat collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functionally with or without authorityExcellent communication skills with audiences that vary across C-level executives, analysts, client champions, prospects, and throughout the Benevity organizationDriven to understand and solve client needs with the ability to distill information into insights and effectively articulate concepts and align the organization to address themResults orientation and resourcefulnessOrganization skills, independent thinking and flexibilityAnalyst relations experience is an asset
