The Product Owner has leadership responsibilities for setting the agenda for the team, with the goal of maximizing the business value the team delivers. The Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include

Supporting the delivery and implementation of products include testing, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating deployments, prioritizing and facilitating maintenance and engineering change upgrades, and developing detailed integration plans for all products.Leveraging knowledge of the business strategy and industry trends, the product owner defines, implements, and articulates the product vision, and Partners with Product Management and Business stakeholders to influence, support, and champion product vision and roadmaps including: Project lead and collaboration, which includes project buildouts with templates and components, requirement gathering and working in Agile methodologyResponsible for adapting and evolving best practices and shaping standards to be followed within the team, and for accepting developed functionality on behalf of the Business as fit-for-purpose to be installed into the Production environment.May be responsible for coordinating and orchestrating own team’s efforts with those of other Product Owners and their teams in support of program-level objectives for the public website northerntrust.com.Website responsibilities including, web authoring in a content management system, basic personalization authoring, ADA remediation and audits, optimization opportunities for the website, Integrations (API), ownership of BAU requests in WorkfrontRemains current and well-informed on existing client requirements and expectations and industry trends that predict potential future client needsChampions the adoption of automated testing frameworks; reviews and agrees acceptance criteria for new development and signs off on business-readiness, in coordination with quality assurance team membersRun point and collaborate with technology web team, including:Ownership of backlog and tickets, Project Incentive planning, Creating user stories/tickets for enhancements and new features for templates and components, defining acceptance criteria and establishing timelines, Grooming tickets, Incorporating feature requests into web roadmap, and Follow progress of work and address production issues during iterationsThe Successful Candidate Will Benefit From Having

5+ years relevant experience, preferredExperience collaborating with executive stakeholders about business product strategyExperience in change management, business requirement gathering, and/or business user acceptance roles is required, preferably as a member of an AGILE scrum teamIndustry-recognized certification in AGILE, product ownership, product management, Adobe AEM or business domain is a plusKnowledge of the drivers of business unit profitabilityComfortable operating in a technical environment involving complex business logic and its programmatic implementationPersonalization experience – preferably with Adobe TargetContent Management System experience, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Experience with Azure DevOps, preferredWorking With Us As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
