Lead the design of new features and updates across our mobile app portfolio, ensuring a best in class user experience.Conduct user research to understand our audience's needs and behaviors, translating insights into design decisions.Perform competitive analysis and research on winning User Flows that we can adapt and iterate.Develop and maintain design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and our creative team, to ensure design vision is executed accurately.Utilize and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across all products.Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.Deeply understand our authors and readers using data and user interviews to iterate and refine UX and Designs.Who you are:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically for mobile applications.You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or additional relevant experience.You are passionate about user experience and have at least 5 years of experience in designing various, mobile application products for millions of b2c usersYou are able to operate autonomously taking full ownership of your work and full responsibility for every last pixel, every step of the way, from wireframing to releaseYou are able to take ambiguous ideas and turn them into clear designs, providing multiple options and a compelling case for eachYou are able to iterate on design, based on feedback from team members, partners and users.You have experience working in an agile environment with fellow design, product, engineering, and insights leadersYou are fantastic at communicating your thinking and design decisions - you’re able to get people along on the journey with you (designers, engineers, product managers, and senior stakeholders alike)You are well-versed in data-informed product design and developmentYou have been designing for Android and iOS products as well as responsive Web Sites.You are fluent with different level of prototyping tools such as Invision, Figma, Whimsical or FlintoYou are happy to rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes and have an understanding of when deeper exploration and research is warranted and when it's best to change paths and try another approach.Nice-to-Have: You have defined or improved product design processes within your organizationNice-to-Have: You have built or significantly contributed to a product's design system and understand their valueNice-to-Have: You understand the value of stripping a design back and testing individual effectsWhat we offer you:
