Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.Wisk is looking for a Lead Designer to join the Marketing Department to support the Creative Director in refining the development of creative work from concept to production.As our Lead Designer within the Marketing Department, you'll collaborate closely with the Creative Director to refine and execute creative concepts across various mediums, from integrated campaigns to website journeys and social content.This role demands a strategic individual who excels as a conceptual problem-solver and exceptional designer, adept at using storyboarding and sketching to visualize concepts. A background in illustration and motion graphics is preferred.This is a

work opportunity. At Wisk, this means working onsite at our Mountain View office 2 to 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days.In this role you will:
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all content.Assist in the creation of our brand evolution at every touch point.Execute integrated, cross-channel projects with strategic and creative excellence.Help to define project scopes, milestones, and resources, setting clear expectations and timelines.Present creative concepts and progress updates, incorporating necessary feedback.Partner with Social and Comms teams to develop and execute creative visions.Partner with the Marketing team on content creation including website design and event content.You must be a hands-on contributor who can execute your concepts.Key Skills:

Background in strategy is a plus.8+ years of experience in an agency or in-house role working on integrated, cross-channel campaigns with a diverse portfolio.Excellent communication skills for presenting work and providing creative direction.Proven ability to develop and execute campaign concepts across various channels.Proven experience managing projects from concept to execution.Proven experience in evolving a brand and user experience.Interest in marketing trends, social media strategies, and new technologies.Positive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
